What it means to work in our team
We hire people who like solving real business problems, not just ticking off technical tasks. Our work touches finance, stock, operations, reporting and support, so we look for people who can think clearly, communicate well and keep projects moving when conditions change.
The team is small enough for your work to matter, but wide enough to give you exposure across ERP implementation, process mapping, data migration, workflow automation and support retainers. You will work with clients in different sectors and across different towns, so practical judgement counts.
Roles we often hire for
We do not keep a fixed vacancy list, but we regularly speak to candidates with skills in delivery, systems and client support. If your background is in ERP, integrations or business process work, we would like to hear from you.
- ERP consultants and implementation specialists
- Integration architects and systems analysts
- Project delivery and change management coordinators
- Support technicians and training facilitators
- Reporting, data migration and process mapping support
What we value in a candidate
We look for people who are dependable, organised and comfortable working with clients who need clear answers. Many of our customers are SMEs with small teams, tight deadlines and limited downtime, so good service matters as much as technical skill.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort with structured project work
- Ability to learn systems quickly and ask the right questions
- Willingness to work on-site or remotely when the project needs it
The kind of work you may be part of
Our projects can include new ERP rollouts, system audits, data clean-ups, upgrade planning and user training. One week you may be mapping a process with a finance team in Pretoria, the next you could be helping a Cape Town operation prepare for go-live after a data migration.
We also work with businesses that must plan around load-shedding, branch connectivity and local reporting requirements. That means the job is often practical, detail-led and people focussed, with real outcomes visible in the client’s daily work.
How we support growth
We take training seriously because good systems only work when people use them properly. New team members are expected to learn our delivery methods, client communication standards and support approach, while also building confidence in the tools and workflows we deploy.
- Structured onboarding for new starters
- Exposure to live projects across South Africa
- Hands-on learning from experienced team members
- Opportunities to grow into specialist or leadership roles
