Leadership That Keeps Projects Grounded

Bizmatics is led from our Centurion base by Oupa Mabuza, Managing Director. Oupa has shaped the way we work with small and medium businesses across Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Gqeberha, the East Rand and the West Rand, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and steady delivery. He keeps the business practical, responsive and tuned to the realities that local teams deal with every day, from load-shedding disruptions to tight municipal reporting timelines.

Our leadership approach is simple: understand the process, plan the change, and support the people who will use the system. That view runs through every project we take on, whether a client needs a full ERP rollout, a cleaner approval process or better visibility across finance, stock and operations.

  • Clear project scopes from the start
  • Direct communication with decision-makers
  • Support that continues after go-live

ERP Planning, Process Mapping And Delivery

Zulfa Rhoda leads ERP solutions, while Mpolokeng Tshabangu manages project delivery. Together they make sure each implementation is mapped properly before configuration begins. Zulfa focuses on how the system should support the business day to day, from sales and purchasing to stock control, approvals and reporting. She works closely with clients to make sure the software matches real workflows instead of forcing teams into unnecessary steps.

Mpolokeng keeps the project moving, with attention to timelines, user readiness and handover points. Her work is especially useful for businesses that need a phased rollout across branches or sites, where one team may be based in Pretoria and another in Durban or Cape Town. She helps keep the process orderly and makes sure people know what to expect at each stage.

  • Process mapping for finance, stock, operations and admin
  • Project schedules that suit small and medium teams
  • Go-live planning with clear responsibilities

Integration And Data That Holds Together

Gerhard Pienaar is our Integration Architect and he works on the systems that need to speak to each other properly. That includes ERP links with accounting tools, sales platforms, reporting layers, warehouse processes and other business systems that may already be in place. His job is to reduce manual re-entry, prevent errors and make sure information flows where it should, even when teams are spread across multiple branches.

He also handles data migration planning so businesses can move across with better structure and less disruption. In South Africa, many SMEs have records sitting in separate spreadsheets or older systems, and Gerhard helps turn that into organised data that can be used with confidence. Attention to detail matters here because even a small mapping error can affect stock, debtors or month-end reporting.

  • Data migration checks and field mapping
  • System integration across departments and locations
  • Custom reporting inputs for better decision-making

Training, Adoption And Day-To-Day Support

Thembisa Mabandla leads training and adoption, while Muneeb Ismail manages support services. Thembisa works with users who may be changing from manual processes or older software, and she keeps the focus on confidence as much as features. Her training style is practical and direct, so teams understand how to do the work properly from the first day. That matters when staff need to keep things moving during busy trading periods or after a system upgrade.

Muneeb handles the support side, including retainers, issue resolution and upgrade planning. He helps businesses stay on track after go-live, especially when the pressure is on during month-end, stock counts or seasonal demand. His work gives clients a steady point of contact when they need help, without having to chase around for answers.

  • User training for new teams and refresher sessions
  • Support retainers for ongoing system care
  • Upgrade planning that reduces avoidable downtime

What Our Team Brings To South African SMEs

Every member of the Bizmatics team understands that SMEs need systems that are useful, not complicated. Our clients often need to handle growth, tighter controls and better reporting without adding unnecessary admin. That is why our work includes ERP implementation, workflow automation, system audits and change management as part of a complete service rather than as separate tasks.

We also know that South African businesses operate in varied conditions. A company in Cape Town may be dealing with different operational pressures than one in the East Rand, and a coastal site in Gqeberha may have different infrastructure concerns to an inland branch in Centurion. Our team plans with those realities in mind, which helps reduce disruption and keeps the system aligned with the way the business actually works.

Working With A Team That Knows The Detail

When clients contact Bizmatics through the enquiry form on our contact page, they are speaking to a team that already understands the main moving parts of an ERP project. From first discussion to final handover, we keep the process clear and structured. That includes checking current processes, identifying gaps, confirming reporting needs and setting up support in a way that suits the business.

Our team is small enough to stay responsive and experienced enough to manage complex work across multiple departments. If your business needs stronger integration, cleaner reporting or a better way to run day-to-day operations, we bring the technical skill and practical follow-through to get it done properly.
